Big Dreamers ABA in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee clinical programming for a small caseload while supervising RBTs/BCaBAs. The role blends in-home oversight with remote work, supported by a strong admin team to streamline scheduling, authorizations, and intake.

The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA, with proven ABA supervision experience and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Maryland LBA license required.
• Experience supervising RBTs/BCaBAs in ABA therapy.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid in-home + remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with Maryland and insurance requirements.
