Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in Bowie, MD to oversee clinical programming for a small caseload. The role combines in-home supervision with 75% remote work, supported by a strong admin team to handle scheduling, authorizations, and intake.

You will supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure Maryland licensing and insurance requirements are met. A 25% in-person attendance requirement applies.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Maryland Licensed Behavioral Analyst (LBA) required.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BTs/BCA therapists.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
