Big Dreamers ABA in Annapolis, MD seeks a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead clinical programming for a small caseload in a hybrid setting with in-home and remote supervision. You will mentor RBTs and BCaBAs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA are required. The role offers a low-burnout caseload, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for leadership as the company grows, with in-person hours balanced with remote

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Maryland LBA license required.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with Maryland and insurance requirements.
