Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA, a premier provider of ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum, seeks a skilled Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead clinical programming in Bowie, MD and surrounding areas. This hybrid role offers 75% remote work with strong administrative support and a manageable caseload.

Responsibilities include supervising RBTs and BCaBAs, developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring documentation compliance while coordinating with families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Maryland LBA.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with Maryland and insurance requirements.
