Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Ocean City, MD seeks a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee clinical programming for a small caseload. The role blends in-home supervision with 75% remote work, supported by a full admin team to handle scheduling, authorizations, and intake.

You will supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure compliance with Maryland requirements. A $5,000 sign-on bonus accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Maryland LBA license or eligibility.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
