Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in Ocean City, MD to lead clinical programming with a small caseload. The role combines in-home supervision with 75% remote flexibility, backed by a strong admin team. You will supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, develop treatment plans, and ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA and Maryland LBA, with ABA supervision experience and excellent communication skills. Hybrid schedule and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid in-home + remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with Maryland and insurance requirements.
