Job summary

You will ensure compliance with best-practice guidelines, provide parent education, and collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare partners.

The role involves staffing, training, and travel up to local sites; a BCBA and CPR certification are required, with a Master’s in ABA or related field.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and CPR certification.
• 2–3 years of professional ASD experience in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Expert knowledge of ABA methodologies and related research.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates ABA-based behavior programs, conducts assessments, educates parents, and liaises with families and providers.
• Performs evaluations, case reviews, QA reviews, and audits; meet productivity targets.
• Leads staff meetings; develops training materials and staff development.
• Oversees performance of associates; conducts training and onboarding; supports certifications.
• Participates in recruitment with Regional Clinical Director; supports selection process.
• Attends conferences to stay current on autism and related fields.
• Acts as liaison with families and community agencies; travels as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
