Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee ABA programs for children with developmental delays and ASD. Under supervision, you will provide discipline-specific treatment, supervise program staff, and ensure adherence to best-practice guidelines while collaborating with families and regional centers.

You will lead staff training, conduct evaluations and QA reviews, and participate in recruitment and onboarding of associates. Travel up to 50% locally.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification.
• 2–3 years of experience working with children with ASD in a multi-disciplinary team.
• CPR certification; ability to pass TB and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction to program staff; oversee ABA programs.
• Lead staff training and onboarding; ensure best-practice guidelines.
• Coordinate with families, regional centers, therapists, and healthcare providers.
• Attend conferences/trainings; participate in recruitment and QA reviews.
• Travel locally up to 50% for regional coverage.
