Job summary

Little Scholars in California seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism and developmental needs. You will lead clinical initiatives, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to promote lifelong learning and independence.

We also welcome Student Analysts pursuing BCBA certification to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, special education, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing is required; BCBA-D preferred.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Experience conducting assessments such as FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on each child's strengths and needs.
• Conduct FBAs, skills assessments, and ongoing evaluations to guide programming.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Review client data, monitor progress toward goals, and modify programs as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to ensure consistency across environments.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation per BACB standards and company policies.
• Participate in clinical meetings and professional development.
