Job summary

Little Leaves is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide oversight and supervision for clinicians and clients in a pediatric ABA program. You will mentor behavior technicians, write reports, and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources to ensure high-quality care for children with autism.

The role emphasizes person-centered, assent-based treatment, collaboration with families, and ongoing professional development through CEUs, forums, and a strong multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or expected to sit for BCBA exam within three months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
