Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead, design, and supervise ABA programs for children with ASD and developmental disabilities in Los Angeles.

You will assess clients, develop individualized plans, and work closely with families and staff to promote meaningful outcomes. Responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, conducting FBAs/BIPs, and ensuring data-driven decisions across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Design and implement data collection systems to monitor client progress and adjust interventions.
• Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and team members.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to set individualized goals.
• Deliver direct intervention services, teach functional skills, and apply behavior management strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and required paperwork in compliance with standards.
