GOALS for Autism, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to lead individualized ABA programs for clients ages 14 months and older. The role includes supervising direct care staff, data collection, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality treatment plans.

The candidate will conduct BACB-compliant supervision, provide parent education, and participate in quarterly trainings and team meetings to advance clinical practice and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst credentials required or immediately eligible for licensure.
• Three years of related professional experience applying ABA with individuals with ASD or related developmental disabilities in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Develops individualized programs for clients ages 14 months and older in natural settings.
• Supervises implementation and integrity of client treatment plans by the direct care team.
• Oversees treatment plan implementation, data collection, and progress reporting.
• Schedules monthly community visits with caregivers to review program effectiveness and provide parent education.
• Provides feedback and training to BT staff, interns, mid-level supervisors, and parents in naturalistic settings.
• Performs RBT competency assessments and RBT supervision within BACB requirements.
• Meets monthly with the chief clinical officer to communicate client needs.
• Leads clinical supervisor meetings and presents relevant research and updates.
