Jobot is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in the Long Beach, CA area. You will design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism, conduct a range of standardized assessments, and collaborate with families and support staff to drive meaningful progress.

The role requires an active BCBA certification and a master’s degree in ABA or related fields, plus hands-on experience with VB‑MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands‑on experience with assessments including VB‑MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.
• Solid working knowledge of DTT, NET/NATS, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies.
