Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services in Livermore, CA is seeking a Clinical Leadership role to supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and trainees within BACB guidelines. You will oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, staffing, and caseload management while collaborating with administrative teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA, a Master's degree in a related field, and 1–2 years of ABA clinic experience, with a focus on treatment planning, supervision, and data-driven

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience providing ABA services in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills assessments to determine the need for ABA services.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments to determine the need for positive behavior intervention plans.
• Develop teaching programs based on skills assessments conducted.
• Develop positive behavior intervention plans based on assessments to address challenging behaviors.
• Make recommendations regarding the duration and ongoing need for ABA services.
• Provide direction and guidance to the treatment team regarding implementation of teaching programs and PBIS.
