Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to BCBAs, RBTs, and trainees as per BACB requirements.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and caseload management.
• Coordinate with administrative teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor productivity, utilization, and clinical outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinic-level clinical matters.
