Proficio Therapy Services is expanding its California and Utah clinics and seeking a licensed BCBA to lead assessment, program development, and supervision across ABA, speech, and OT services. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, coordinate across home and school environments, and drive quality treatment plans for children and families.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven decision making, and ongoing professional development in a growing multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Strong ABA knowledge and experience developing behavior intervention plans.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and data-driven decisions.
• Valid driving license.

Responsabilités

• Assess clients with comprehensive skills assessments and FBAs to inform ABA needs.
• Design and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs.
• Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians on intervention delivery.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure cohesive care across home, school, and clinic.
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and performance feedback to staff.
