Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services in California is seeking a Clinical Leader to supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and trainees, ensuring high-quality ABA services across our clinics.

You will oversee scheduling, staff development, and treatment plan implementation, coordinate with insurers for precertifications, and drive program outcomes while maintaining BACB requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience providing ABA services in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills assessments to determine the need for ABA services.
• Develop teaching programs based on skills assessments conducted.
• Provide clinical supervision to BCBAs, RBTs, and trainees in accordance with BACB requirements.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and caseload management.
• Coordinate client and behavior technician schedules as needed.
