Proficio Therapy Services is actively expanding with a Mission Driven approach to improving the lives of children and families across clinics in California and beyond. Located in San Jose, CA, we seek a BCBA with leadership skills to oversee supervision of Behavior Technicians, coordinate case management, and ensure high-quality ABA, speech, and occupational therapy services across home, school, and clinic environments.

This role emphasizes collaboration with families and professionals.

Formación

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification from the BACB is required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in data collection, analysis, and data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to determine ABA service needs.
• Perform FBAs to identify causes of challenging behaviors and design PBIPs.
• Analyze data and monitor client progress to adjust treatment plans.
