Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead ABA therapy programs across our California clinics. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, design PBIPs, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent interventions across home, school, and clinic settings.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, ongoing staff training, and staying current with ABA research to improve client outcomes. A BCBA is required, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification from BACB is required.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and experience in designing PBIPs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and data-driven decisions.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to determine ABA service needs.
• Intervention: Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs.
• Supervision and Leadership: Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.
• Case Management: Coordinate with insurers for assessments, plan reviews, and authorizations.
• Staff Training & Coaching: Train new hires and provide real-time guidance to staff.
• Professional Development: Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
