Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA-level clinician to lead assessments, design PBIPs, and supervise technicians across clinic settings. You will collaborate with families and professionals to coordinate care from home to school to clinic, ensuring consistent interventions and progress.

You will stay current with ABA research, contribute to quality improvement, and participate in professional development opportunities while supporting a growing team nationwide.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: conduct comprehensive skills assessments to evaluate the need for ABA services.
• Intervention: develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs based on client needs.
• Supervision and Leadership: provide ongoing supervision, support, and training to Behavior Technicians.
• Case Management: coordinate with insurance for assessment, plan reviews, and authorizations.
• Staff Training & Coaching: provide initial and ongoing training for new hires and technicians.
• Professional Development: stay current with ABA research and participate in growth initiatives.
