Proficio Therapy Services is hiring a BCBA to lead ABA programs across our growing California clinics. You will assess, design PBIPs, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent, evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and developing behavior plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis and data-driven decisions.
• A valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients comprehensively to determine ABA service needs.
• Perform FBAs to identify causes of behaviors and design PBIPs.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with families and professionals across settings.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to staff.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences.
• Coordinate with insurance for service authorizations.
• Manage schedules and communicate progress to families.
• Deliver training on ABA principles and session management.
• Keep records of training and performance evaluations.
• Stay updated on ABA research and participate in quality initiatives.
