Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) seeks a BCBA Clinical Director to lead center clinical teams, mentor clinicians, and ensure high-quality, compassionate ABA care for children with autism. The role includes supervising RBTs, overseeing assessments, and advancing clinical practices within a collaborative environment.

You will work in Matthews, NC, with a focus on mentorship, supervision hours, and ongoing professional development, including CEUs and access to our Compassionate Care Team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• At least two years of experience as a practicing BCBA.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB and licensure in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and student analysts to support professional growth and clinical skills.
• Oversee assessments and ensure goals are individualized, data-driven, and family-collaborative.
• Monitor progress and adjust goals as needed for each child.
• Maintain clinical quality and compliance with ethical standards and state requirements.
• Train teammates on clinical best practices and ABA strategies.
