Job summary

Autism Center of Excellence in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as Clinical Director. The role focuses on delivering exceptional clinical care, mentoring staff, and guiding meaningful progress for children within a supportive organization.

The BCBA will lead assessments, program design, and supervision of technicians, while collaborating with families and an integrated team. Strong leadership, ongoing development, and compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Must be eligible to practice in North Carolina.
• Prior ABA clinical experience required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as needed.
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Support clinical excellence and positive client outcomes.
