Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a BCBA Clinical Director to lead center clinical teams, mentor clinicians, and ensure compassionate, evidence-based ABA care for children with autism. The role blends clinical leadership with hands-on supervision of RBTs and trainees across centers.

You will oversee assessments, tailor goals with families, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance while pursuing professional growth and center-wide improvements.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• At least two years of experience as a practicing BCBA.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB and licensure in applicable states.
• Experience with CentralReach preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and student analysts to support their professional growth and clinical skills.
• Oversee assessments and ensure goals are individualized, data-driven, and set with families.
• Monitor each child's progress and adjust goals as needed.
• Maintain clinical quality and compliance with ethical standards, state regulations, payer requirements, and best practices in ABA.
• Train teammates on clinical best practices and ABA strategies.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers to support goal-setting and progress monitoring.
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional development within your center.
