Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services for children with autism. The role involves development and oversight of customized treatment plans, and supervision of RBTs both remotely and in person.

You will train parents and collaborate with schools, daycares, and families across NC, GA, and AZ. The position emphasizes clinical excellence with strong back-office support, allowing focus on high-quality care and adherence to privacy and BACB

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual is a plus; NC LBA required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
