Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead direct interventions and supervise RBTs in a clinical setting. You will guide assessments, design behavior plans, and ensure data-driven progress for children with autism.

Role emphasizes collaboration with families and school staff, with supervision provided by the Clinical Director. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, with a focus on measurable outcomes and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is strictly required for interview eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles including reinforcement and punishment.
• Ability to work a minimum of 130 billable hours per month.
• Clinic environment with physical demands such as bending, standing, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervisory care balancing 1:1 service delivery with monthly supervision of staff.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and language assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS) to develop behavior plans.
• Data oversight using Excel to record, analyze, and report on skill acquisition and behavior.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure consistency in care.
