Qualifications

• BCBA certification required with at least three years in a clinic- or home-based ABA setting.
• NC licensure current or eligible to apply for licensure in North Carolina.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder.
• Proficiency in conducting formal assessments and writing treatment plans.
• Strong training, mentoring, and supervision skills.
• Ability to collect, review, and use data for treatment decisions.
• Commitment to monthly educational opportunities for families and caregivers.
• Experience using EMR systems, preferably Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to a team of BCBAs and RBTs.
• Ensure high treatment fidelity through supervision and audits.
• Mentor BCBA/BCaBA/students through modeling and collaboration.
• Develop and implement high-quality treatment and behavior support plans.
• Conduct formal assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland, PEAK).
• Collaborate with leadership and other sites for consistency.
• Oversee clinic operations and lead by example.
• Lead monthly education opportunities for families/caregivers.
• Monitor KPIs and clinic success with Regional Director.
