Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a BCBA for a full-time, in-center position in North Carolina. You will deliver evidence-based ABA to autistic children and mentor RBTs, while collaborating with families to track progress and achieve milestones.

Formación

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay active during sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Set individualized, evidence-based goals with families after assessment.
• Deliver high-quality ABA treatment in a child-centered environment.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with families to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Take part in peer collaboration and professional development guided by ABC's clinical leaders.

Educación

Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education

Active BCBA certification with BACB, licensure in applicable states
