Autism Care Partners seeks a Clinical Director to lead day-to-day operations of a center-based program and supervise a team of BCBAs. The role includes managing clinical caseload for billing, coordinating care with SLP/OT colleagues, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment across teams.

MD/ABA background with BCBA licensure is required; supervision of RBTs and BCBA mentees is expected as part of a BACB ACE approved provider environment.

Formación

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis is required; BCBA preferred/required.
• BCBA licensure is required by state.
• Prior experience supervising BCBA or RBT staff is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day operations of ACP center-based program.
• Supervise center-based BCBAs and maintain clinical caseload for billing.
• Coordinate with SLP/OT clinicians and provide staff supervision.
• Complete BCBA Supervisor Training and mentor BCBA mentees when needed.
• Ensure treatment plans and progress notes meet regulatory standards and ACP protocols.
