Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a BCBA Clinical Director to lead center clinical teams, mentor clinicians, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care for autistic children.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• At least two years of experience as a practicing BCBA.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB and licensure in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and student analysts to support professional growth and clinical skills.
• Oversee assessments and ensure goals are individualized, data-driven, and set with families.
• Monitor each child's progress and adjust goals as needed.
• Maintain clinical quality and compliance with ethical standards and current best practices in ABA.
• Train teammates on clinical best practices and ABA strategies.

Education
