Job summary

Easterseals Southern California transforms lives through ABA services. This contractor position conducts ABA assessments with families in home and community, producing reports to determine eligibility.

Must have a BCBA and a Master’s degree in psychology or related field, plus CPR certification, and typically 3–5 years in ASD settings. Responsibilities include scheduling, using evidence-based ABA methods, preparing final reports, and submitting on time.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with psychology/early childhood focus.
• BCBA certification required and current CPR certification.
• 3–5 years’ ASD experience in multi-disciplinary settings.
• Proficient in ABA assessment techniques and data use.
• Ability to travel locally with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and conducts ABA assessments in home and community.
• Uses evidence-based ABA assessment techniques.
• Evaluates ASD-referred participants for eligibility.
• Prepares and submits final ABA assessment reports.
• Ensures reports are submitted on time each month.
• Tracks mileage and documents appointments in the system.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality and data security.
• Keeps skills updated through ongoing training.
