Gracent Pediatric Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical decisions, supervise RBTs, and co-treat with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health professionals. You will write individualized plans and assess new clients, ensuring data-driven progress across cases.

The role offers a defined growth path, strong interdisciplinary collaboration, and opportunities to contribute to in-house CEUs and innovative tools that support evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and TX licensure in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and proactive communication.
• Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality.
• Write and monitor assent-based treatment plans.
• Run assessments and intakes; your plan, your client.
• Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs.
• Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers.
