Key Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative clinical team. You will conduct assessments, develop tailored behavior intervention plans, and supervise BTs/RBTs while supporting families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and ability to obtain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
