Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for clinic-based work to support children with autism and developmental needs. You will supervise RBTs, design and monitor individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and families to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and TX license required.
• Strong clinical judgment and proactive communication expected.
• Experience supervising RBTs and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and families' needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality.
• Write and monitor individualized, assent-based treatment plans.
• Run assessments and intakes; own your caseload.
• Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs.
• Partner with families and collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and MH providers.
