Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work across 16 centers in Illinois and Texas. You will conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism, supervise RBTs, run intakes, and provide family training within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification through BACB is required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• State licensure where required (Illinois or Texas).

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism and developmental needs.
• Supervise and train RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
• Run your own intakes and report writing.
• Provide family training and guidance.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and mental health providers as part of an interdisciplinary team.
