Job summary

Our client seeks a dedicated BCBA to develop and oversee evidence-based behavioral treatment for individuals with autism and related needs. The role combines clinical assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, staff supervision, and family collaboration to create meaningful, measurable improvements in clients’ lives.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification as required by BACB.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Human Services, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral assessments.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Ability to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent clinical documentation and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and Virginia licensure requirement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized behavioral treatment plans.
• Identify barriers and develop function-based interventions.
• Set measurable goals and track client progress.
• Assess across home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Utilize ABA tools including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, ADOS-2.
• Prepare assessment summaries and treatment recommendations.
• Develop data-collection systems for staff.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment strategies based on progress.
• Produce monthly/quarterly progress reports and maintain documentation.
• Lead treatment team meetings and coordinate care.
• Provide ongoing training to staff and families.
