Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative team dedicated to ethical, play-based ABA aligned with ESDM. The role features a center-based setting with a manageable caseload and opportunities for growth, including leadership paths.

Compensation ranges from $86,000 to $113,500 per year, with a sign-on bonus and annual performance bonus potential. A hybrid schedule offers one work-from-home day per week, with potential for two days in some centers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• ABA early intervention experience.
• Preferred: background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team (SLP, OT, psychology, developmental pediatrics).
• Use ESDM-informed strategies as training is provided.
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through clear guidance and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.
