Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a center-based team serving children aged 2-6. The role centers on ES DM-based care, collaboration with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical providers, and a commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA.

Base pay ranges from $81,000 to $103,500 per year with an annual bonus up to $3,800 and a signing bonus up to $8,000. Hybrid schedule includes one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• ABA early intervention experience.
• Preferred background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and treatment plans
• Use ESDM-informed strategies with provided training
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, adjust plans based on data
• Partner with families through guidance, compassionate communication, and practical support
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care
