Soar Autism Center in Tucson, AZ seeks a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement naturalistic ABA for children ages 2–6 in a center-based setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and integrated plans.

This full-time role offers $86,000–$113,500 yearly, with an annual bonus up to $3,800 and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. A hybrid option is available with 1–2 telehealth days per week depending on center needs and team coordination.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• ABA early intervention experience preferred.
• Preferred: background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2–6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team (SLP, OT, psychology, developmental pediatrics) on assessments and integrated treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies (training provided, ESDM experience not required).
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through clear guidance, compassionate communication, and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care, not volume.
