Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the West Valley team in Glendale, AZ. You will design and implement center-based ABA for children aged 2–6, using play-based, ESDM-informed strategies in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.

The role offers full-time permanent employment with a base pay of $86,000.00 - $113,500.00/year, plus up to $3,800 annual bonus and up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and a hybrid work arrangement with some WFH flexibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification (and LBA in Arizona).
• ABA early intervention experience.
• Preferred background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic center-based ABA for children ages 2–6 in an early intervention setting.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies, with comprehensive training provided.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and other clinicians on integrated assessments and treatment plans.
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust treatment based on data and clinical judgment.
• Partner with families through clear guidance, compassionate communication, and practical support.
• Help bring high-quality autism care to more children and families across the West Valley.
