Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field.
• Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or hours toward certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience providing clinical program management under a BCBA.
• Fingerprinting, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and immunities to MMR/VZV required during onboarding (paid).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs and conduct assessments to ensure progress.
• Educate parents and mentor behavior technicians to improve service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of billable hours and deliver progress reports and treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties and manage a dynamic caseload.
• Support staff productivity and assist in performance evaluations.
