Autism Learning Partners is actively seeking a passionate BCBA to oversee supervision for BCBAs and clinicians, ensuring treatment plans are implemented with high fidelity. You will drive FBAs, ABA program development, and parent education while collaborating with families and medical professionals.

The role emphasizes mentorship, ongoing training, and a hybrid work model. Eligible for CEUs, research opportunities, and a supportive DEI-driven environment focused on client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certification as a BCBA by the BACB.
• Active LBA certification in Massachusetts.
• Experience supervising BCBAs and ABA teams.
• Familiarity with Central Reach and telehealth tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of BCBAs and clinicians to ensure fidelity to treatment plans.
• Develop and modify ABA programs including FBAs and parent education.
• Coordinate with families and multidisciplinary teams for integrative care.
• Promote evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement.
