Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, ABA, or related program.
• 2–3 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Ideal candidates are 6–12 months from BACB exam.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and ensure progress under a BCBA.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians to promote growth and effective treatment implementation.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties and manage a dynamic caseload.
