Cap City Supported Living in Columbus, OH is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy programs for children, supervise direct care staff, and ensure ethical, high-quality treatment across home, school, and community settings. Qualifications

• Certification as BCBA or BCaBA and BACB in good standing.
• COBA license and ongoing compliance with BACB ethics.
• Experience designing ABA treatment protocols and skill programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular training and support to direct care staff implementing ABA protocols.
• Complete FBAs/FA and design behavior intervention plans with follow‑through.
• Develop skill acquisition protocols for communication, social, and independence goals.
• Review data to assess outcomes and train staff on data collection.
• Oversee cases, staff, and families to ensure policy and ethical standards.
• Train parents and multidisciplinary professionals on ABA applications.
• Ensure compliance with BACB task list and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with therapists, providers, and school staff on program design.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.
