Tender Care ABA in Columbus, OH is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for children with autism. You will collaborate with the therapy team to design data-driven goals and monitor progress, while guiding RBTs and family members to ensure effective program implementation.

This role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, independence and teamwork, and a passion for positive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a BCBA from the BACB.
• Hold a COBA license.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with the therapy team.
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform treatment goals and objectives.
• Provide training and support to RBTs and other team members.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and effective program implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate program progress, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Stay current with industry best practices and evidence-based interventions, incorporating new knowledge into treatment plans.
