Clarvida in New Bern, NC is seeking a licensed Behavior Analyst to join our Autism Services Program. You will guide individualized treatment plans, collaborate with clients and their support networks, and maintain a manageable caseload.

This full-time position emphasizes ongoing training, bi-weekly collaboration with fellow BCBAs, and flexible scheduling. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, holidays, and DailyPay for earnings flexibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis.
• BCBA certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina (or willingness to obtain licensure).
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs.
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one.

Education

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of North Carolina (or willingness to obtain licensure)
