Job summary

Clarvida in New Bern, North Carolina, is hiring a full-time Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an Autism Services Program. You will manage a small caseload of 8–10 clients and collaborate with families and a clinical team to design and implement individualized treatment plans with high-quality behavioral support.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or related Human Services with emphasis in Behavioral Analysis.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of North Carolina (or willingness to obtain licensure).
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable BCBAs.
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development from day one.
