Job summary

Clarvida in Raleigh, NC is seeking a full-time Behavioral Analyst to guide individualized treatment plans and collaborate with a clinical team. You will manage a modest caseload and ensure ongoing training from day one.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA certification, NC licensure (or willingness to obtain), and a Master’s/Doctorate in Behavioral Analysis or related field. Compensation includes robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or related Human Services field.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina or willing to obtain licensure.
• Completed 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide treatment planning.
• Provide outreach services and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Collaborate with a team of BCBAs and participate in team meetings.
