Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a full-time Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support in a Raleigh, NC setting. With a small caseload of 8–10 clients, you’ll balance client care with professional sustainability and collaborate closely with a clinical team.

BCBA certification and NC licensure (or willingness to obtain) are required, along with an 8-hour BACB supervision training. A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in NC or willingness to obtain licensure.
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and contribute to team meetings.
