Job summary

Clarvida in New Bern, North Carolina is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support individuals and families in our Autism Services Program. You will work with a small caseload and collaborate with the clinical team to deliver compassionate, person-centered services.

The role requires BCBA certification and NC licensure (or willingness to obtain). A master’s or doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or related field is preferred, with ongoing professional development from day

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina (or willingness to obtain licensure).
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
• Organized, collaborative, and team‑oriented professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23‑hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources.
• Collaborate bi‑weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs.
• Provide high‑quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one.
